Rating by category:
The room was clean, new and well appointed. It was not very large but it was new, clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful by answering questions we had and directing us in the right direction. The breakfast was very good.
The only issue was the size of the room but since we did not stay much in the room except to sleep so it was not really an issue.
They had a good happy hour-two for one with a few hors d'ourves and a decent breakfast included in the price of the room. There was close subway access and lots of cute restaurants in the area. The bathroom was nice and very clean with good linens. My only complaint was the price was high!
No air conditioning-they said it had not been turned on yet for the season.
good location ,helpfull staf,
Coffee is awfull.
This was an ideal location. Five minute walk to metro. 10 min walk to Spanish Steps,20 min walk to Trevi. 5 min walk to Villa Borghese. Front desk staff very pleasant Would definitely stay again. Great value for money . Will definitely stay again .
Really helpful staff with good English skills. Great location and reasonably priced in room Wifi was really appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Airport transfer was convenient and er rapid! :-)
The alcohol prices were pretty steep however the view from the roof top garden of the Savoy made it all worthwhile!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, attractive, comfortable and well located. Nice breakfast. We had a very nice sized bathroom. After our initial 4 night stay we returned after a cruise for another 2 nights and for our comfort they made sure we had the same room.
The view from our room into the courtyard was not very attractive, but it didn't really matter all that much. The TV's are a bit small, but again, it didn't really matter because we didn't spend a lot of time in the room.
I've chosen the hotel, because of its low price and good location (next to Spanish steps).
Very thin walls in rooms. You can hear easily your neighbours in their rooms. So they can hear you easily as well. Very poor breakfast for a 4 star hotel. Small breakfast room.
nothing. it's really bad. 4 stars is not about this hotel. Rooms are dirty and old. Breakfast is untasty. If you want to have breakfast you should all times that you take a plate with a food or cup of coffee go through reception and try not to bump into people that stay with their luggage near reception. Just one man of a staff was polite.
Location, neighborhood, breakfast, cleanliness.
AC wasn't working one night after a 98 degree F day.
Very good location between Spanish Steps and Via Venetto.
There is not Lobbi at all which is normal for 4 star hotel.
Fantastic staff. First trip to Rome and all staff recommendations were exactly what we were looking for. Comfortable, workable rooms for a family of 4.
Limited lounging areas.
The place was clean and the location very convenient
The staff at the reception was bad tempered and rude. Some of them need to work on their manners. The breakfast was basic
Location was excellent - near Spanish steps and Barberini stop. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Expensive, but in a very nice, up-scale area. Hotel is located right off Via Veneto, but you don't have the noise and traffic of actually being on Via Veneto.
The location was fantastic. The staff very friendly and helpful - even for the children.
